Ferrari chief sends warning to F1 champion Lewis Hamiltion ahead of 2018 season
Hamilton charged to victory in 2017 sealing his fourth world title
despite being well behind the pack halfway through the campaign.
Hamilton won six out of eight Grand Prixs between July 16 at Silverstone
and October 22 in the USA.
He joined Sebastian Vettel on four career titles and became the most
decorated British driver in history.
But Marchionne insists Ferrari will be back next year.
"In 2018 I expect a lot more from the team," he said. "I
have no doubt we will be fighting for the title again."
Marchionne was furious with the team’s failings leaving Vettel short or
a competitive car.
"With a competitive car, the responsibility is his," he said.
"You don't win four championships if you are not a champion."
But he believes things will be put right next year.
He
added: "We can settle the accounts in 2018."
Can Ferrari and Vettel can give a fight for championship in 2018, or it will be as same as 2017 ?
BIG Question
